I specialize in three different categories: Cardio, Weightlifting, and healthy eating. Influencing these 3 things in a positive way will lead to a healthy lifestyle.

Cardio is the key to having healthy doctor visits haha. I have participated in the sport of soccer my whole life, along with track and cross country as well. I know some people like long distances and some prefer short. That is why I am implementing a mix of both into my workouts.

As an athlete for 15+ years of my life, my goal is to share with you simple, easy workouts that you can most certainly accomplish. I realize most do not like working out, so much of the advice I give can be altered to be a lot or a little. I share my insights on toning, bulking, or just losing/gaining weight in general.

The biggest part of transforming your body inside and out is by eating healthy. I will share my favorite quick-easy protein filled meals along with the workouts.

Just remember that when the work gets tough or hard, it means its working.
